摘要

In order to widen the choice of modifying materials and solve the problem of solid waste after mineral processing of kaolin ore, to strengthen the guidance of practical engineering, to control the amount of kaolin used in actual production, to improve the reuse rate of resources, to extend the industrial chain, and other aspects of reference, and to actively respond to the national green mountains are Jinshan Yinshan , in this paper kaolin asphalt mirtar nad kaolinasjah The call of Jinshan Yinshan. In this paper, kaolin asphalt mortar and kaolin asphalt mixture are made by using Kaolin Tailings instead of limestone powder in asphalt mixtures. The test of sorption performance of Kaolin Tailings asphalt and standard Marshall test, immersion Marshall test and freezing of Kaolin Tailings asphalt mixture are carried out. The adhesiveness of kaolin asphalt mortar with different substitutes and the corrosion resistance of Kaolin Tailings asphalt mixture were tested by melt cyclic splitting test. The results show that using Kaolin Tailings instead of limestone powder in asphalt mixture can effectively improve the adhesion performance of asphalt mortar and the corrosion resistance of asphalt mixture. At the same time, through the analysis of the mechanism of Kaolin Tailings asphalt mortar adhesion performance and asphalt mixture anti-corrosion performance, this paper reveals the reasons why the replacement amount of Kaolin Tailings affects the adhesion performance of asphalt mortar and the change of asphalt mixture anti-corrosion performance, and obtains the best replacement amount of kaolin which can effectively improve the anti-corrosion performance of asphalt mixture.
