摘要

A novel diagnosis method based on order demodulation spectrum was proposed aim at the problem of fault diagnosis of rolling bearing with rotating speed fluctuation in this paper. Firstly the chirplet path pursuit algorithm was used to obtain the rotation speed signal, according to which vibration signal in time domain was resampled at constant angle increments in angular domain. Then the obtained stationary signal in angular domain was decomposed into several intrinsic mode IMF) components by using variational mode decomposition. And the most sensitive intrinsic mode function was selected based on the kurtosis. At last, the most sensitive IMF was analyzed by Hilbert transformation and the fault type could be judged by analyzing the obvious order components of order demodulation spectrum. The simulation and experiment results showed that the fault characteristic order was extracted successfully, and the bearing fault with rotating speed fluctuation was effectively judged by the proposed method.
