摘要

The influence of process parameters on the diametric growth degree of 7075 aluminium alloy tube during hot power backward spinning process was studied by finite element simulation and experiments, and the prediction of the diametric growth was realized. The significance of influence of process parameters on the diametric growth degree was analyzed based on the orthogonal experiment method. The results show that the influence significance order of the first pass parameters on the degree of diametric growth is the friction between the tube and mandrel>the friction between the roller and tube>the mandrel speed>the thickness reduction>preheating temperature of tube>the feeding speed. The second pass is the friction between the tube and mandrel>the friction between the roller and tube>the mandrel speed>the feeding speed>the thickness reduction>preheating temperature of tube. The third pass is the friction between the roller and tube>the friction between the tube and mandrel>the feeding speed>the mandrel speed>the thickness reduction. The fourth pass is the friction between the tube and mandrel>the friction between the roller and tube>preheating temperature of tube>the feeding speed>the thickness reduction>the mandrel speed. The optimum process parameters combination of each pass was obtained. An effective method for controlling the diametric growth was proposed.
