摘要

PD‐L1 aptamer‐based spherical nucleic acids (SNAs) were designed that consist of oxaliplatin (OXA) encapsulated in a metal–organic framework (MOF) nanoparticle core and a dense shell of PD‐L1 aptamer (denoted as M@O‐A), as reported by Zhengyu Jin, Jie Tian, Yang Du, and co‐workers in their Research Article (e202214750). Upon light irradiation, the versatile M@O‐A allows for robust photo‐immunotherapy against cancer by combining photodynamic therapy, chemotherapy, and immunotherapy in one nanoplatform with reduced immunotoxicity.
