摘要

In order to shorten the drying cycle of Chinese wolfberry, save energy and improve the quality of dried products, a solar assisted heat pump drying system was designed, and the combined drying system was field tested in Delingha, Qinghai Province. The drying process for Lycium barbarum was carried out in three modes: dried by solar collector only, dried by collector and air source heat pump combined system, and dried by stand-alone heat pump. The power consumption of combined system is 26.4% less than that of single operation of heat pump, and the specific moisture extraction rate (SMER) of the combined operation is 36% higher than that of single operation of heat pump, which demonstrates that of the combined operation mode has better performance. The average heating coefficient for single operation mode of heat pump is 3.47, while the combined operation mode reaches 4.72. And the secondary heat recovery significantly improves the SMER of the combined operation, which reaches up to 2.91 kg/kWh. ? 2021, Solar Energy Periodical Office Co., Ltd. All right reserved.
