it is showed from a holistic perspective that the information-communication-knowledge triad is in the centre of energy and of the scope of the theories about man, and of its dimensions of practical and technological development. the link of the theories of dialectics, quantum physics and complexity with the nucleus of the ancestral thinking of the far east on energy, as well as its unique and complementary character and its location in the centre of man is established to extract strategic recommendations for the development of the information systems, mainly for the technological and scientific innovation.
