摘要
Energetic materials are widely used as explosives, propellants and pyrotechnics due to high energy, high heat, and instantaneous release. However, its intrinsic high sensitivity and low burning rate are key factors limiting the application in energetic materials. Graphene and its derivative exhibit great potential in improving the safety and combustion performance of energetic materials, owing to their high specific surface area, excellent thermal conductivity, and electrical conductivity. The latest progress of graphene and its derivatives on improving safety of energetic materials, and the effects of graphene, graphene oxide, nitro graphene and fluorinated graphene on reducing the sensitivity was mainly discussed. The catalytic combustion function of graphene and its derivatives in energetic materials were reviewed. Finally, prospects and challenges of graphene in energetic materials field were prospected.
