<正>General Secretary Xi Jinping’s thought on a holistic approach tonational security is rich in content.In particular,the"ten principles"postulated by General Secretary Xi Jinping reflect Xi Jinping’s vision of national security,which is well-founded,pragmatic,and congruent with the times.It is fair to say that the"ten principles"and their rich connotations provide clear directions for all aspects of our work and are fundamental to our national security efforts.I would like to make three points in this context.I.A profound understanding of the historical positioning of safeguarding national security denotes the basis for the implementation of the relevant ideas of General Secretary Xi Jinping.How can we understand such a temporal positioning?In my belief,the General Secretary has elaborated on numerous phenomena on many occasions and frequent important speeches.Generally speaking,our historical positioning primarily comprises three aspects.
