　　The compatibility and non-isothermal crystallization of the palm stearin (44?C) and palmitin (24?C) blends were studied.The results showed that the binary systems of palm stearin and palmitin□ had good compatibility and form a eutectic mixture only when the propotion of palm stearin and the temperature was high than 50% and 33.3?C.The study of non-isothermal crystallization of the blends indicated that the temperature of the crystallization peaks decreased with the rising of palm stearin at a constant cooling rote.
