摘要
The operated insulating spacer of GIS will introduce various such defects as air gap and metal particles due to weak material performance and mechanical operation vibration. If early warning and timely treatment are not performed by diagnosis,they are very likely to cause sudden faults. As an important visual detection method,X-ray detection,in case of applying for operated insulating spacer of GIS,has such problems as low detection efficiency,non intuitive results,detection blind area and so on. In this paper,the X-ray detection intelligent positioning device for operated insulating spacer of GIS is designed and the three-dimensional imaging technology for the insulating spacer defect detection of GIS is developed. The results show that the X-ray three-dimensional imaging technology developed in this paper can achieve the automatic lifting and multi angle rotation control of imaging plate and X-ray machine,intelligent reconstruction of three-dimensional image and full coverage irradiation of insulating spacer of GIS,avoid incorrect and missing inspection,and effectively identify various defects such as foreign matters and scratches of the spacer.
