摘要
A novel bifunctional catalyst Cu-Mo2C/Al2O3 was prepared based on the two-step reaction in dimethyl ether(DME) steam reforming. The morphology and structure of the catalysts were characterized by XRD, SEM,TEM and XPS.The results show that Al2O3 was mixed homogeneously with Mo2C,and the Cu particles that are loaded uniformly on the porous surfaces of catalyst interacted with Mo2C strongly, which decreased the particle size of catalyst and increased the catalytic activity. The performance test shows that DME conversion rate was nearly 100% at 400-450℃,and the maximum H2 production rate reached 1 482 μmol/(min?g).The main reason for the decrease of catalyst activity was that the oxygen species increasd greatly in content and covered the active sites on the catalyst surface due to the reaction between steam and Mo2C.
