摘要

志力水平与运动动机各维度之间存在一定的相关关系,至于相关的机制以及相关度如何目前尚不明晰。本文通过对苏州市3-12年级共计2080名学生进行问卷调查,了解其意志力水平和体育参与动机,旨在探究:①随着年级的升高,意志力水平和运动动机不同维度的变化趋势;②意志力与运动动机不同维度的相关关系;③不同的动机维度对意志力的影响效果有何差异。为接下来通过学校体育培养学生的意志力提供理论支持。
