<正>China has made great efforts to mitigate its long-standing environmental problem in recent years. In China, during the first 5-year Clean Air Action(2013–2017), remarkable reductions in primary pollutants such as SO2 and fine particle matter(PM2.5) have been achieved, especially in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei(BTH) region [1,2].
