摘要
At present, the shale-hosted vanadium industry is facing double challenges from technical transformation and harmonious development of environment. In the paper, the vanadium releasing behavior caused by minerals lattice relaxion and its species change from mineral lattice to aqueous solution were systematically studied while the core mechanisms on surface-adjusted activating solubilization of vanadium-bearing minerals, synergistic extraction of vanadium ions and its non-ammonia hydrogen reductive precipitation have been also revealed. Basing on years of engineered transformation experiences, the next-generation green whole-hydrometallurgical extraction technology of vanadium-bearing shale was proposed by the authors. The results show that the vanadium leaching efficiency achieves over 90% and the sulfuric acid consumption significantly reduces to 180-240 kg/t ore, as well as vanadium product purity of more than 99.8%. The research work can get about solving the key issues on clean production of vanadium-bearing shale and will benefit the mainstream development of low-carbon, clean and high-efficient production in vanadium industry and guarantee the leading position of China in this field.
