<正>永存颈动脉-基底动脉吻合血管包括永存三叉动脉（persistent trigeminal artery,PTA）、永存耳动脉（per-sistent otic artery,POA）、永存舌下动脉（persistent hypo-glossal artery,PHA）和寰前节间动脉（proatlantal inter-segmental artery,PIA），是一类少见的脑血管发育异常。近年来，广泛应用于临床的CT血管造影（computedtomography angiography,CTA）技术明显提高了此类血管发育异常的检出率。
