摘要
With "sustainable development" defined as the overall framework, China-Russia Arctic cooperation is becoming a new "growth point" in bilateral strategic partnership. It enriches China’s diplomatic practices in new frontiers, guides the pluralist trend of Arctic international governance, and injects new impetus into maritime cooperation under the Belt and Road Initiative.
