节能低碳的免蒸压PHC管桩混凝土研究

摘要

  Traditional PHC pile production features high energy consumption,and applying non-autoclave technology can effectively reduce energy consumption and carbon emission.The study on curing system and mix ratio of non-autoclaved PHC pile was conducted by applying polycarboxylate superplasticizer, adding mineral admixtures and cutting down water-binder ratio.The results show that under the circumstance of 12-hour molded curing, by applying polycarboxylate superplasticizer, optimal mix ratio and curing system, the PHC pile concrete can be produced with the workability and strength of which can fulfill the requirements,and the chloride ion resistance is far better than that of pure cement concrete.The 1-day compressive strength of the optimal non-autoclaved concrete reached 107.5MPa, with the 5-day ratio of tensile and compressive strength of 4.75%, the 28-day coulomb electric flux of 102C.
