摘要

南安市洪濑第三小学坚持"实施个性化教育,培植多元化特色"的办学主张,深入开展市级科研课题《促进学生个性发展,全面实施素质教育》研究,从"个性化教学与寄宿生个性发展""心理健康教育与个性发展""太极文化与和谐发展""经典诵读与个性化阅读教学""兴趣小组与全面发展"等五方面展开研究,初步形成"个性化"教育及"多元化"特色教育理论:只有让学生这个主体充分动手、动口、动脑,主动参与到学习和管理的实践中去,才能进一步发展思维,挖掘潜质,提高素质,促进学生的个性发展。而只有每一位学生个性多元发展,才能有效地促进并逐步提炼形成学校多元特色品牌。
