酒钢尾矿铁及重晶石综合回收试验研究

摘要

The annual discharge of Jiuquan Iron and steel tailings is nearly 2 million tons. The tailings still contain 17.85% iron and 5.4% barite, which is of high recovery value. In order to recover the iron resources and barite in tailings comprehensively, this paper adopts the test process of granulating, magnetizing roasting, weak magnetic separation to recover the iron resources and gravity separation notation to recover the barite of the strong magnetic concentrate after the strong magnetic preconcentration of tailings. The results show that through the above test process, the iron grade of 56.17% and the iron concentrate and grade of 61.75% can be obtained 95.58% barite concentrate with recovery of 68.23%.
