摘要
In order to reveal the potential correlation between sharing bicycle satisfaction, usage frequency and other influencing factors, this paper established Bayesian search algorithm to establish a public bicycle service analysis model based on Bayesian network. This model test shows that the Bayesian Network has high accuracy. Based on the well-established Bayesian network, this paper analyzed the influence of various influencing factors on satisfaction. The results show that the difficulty of finding a shared-bicycle, the frequency of unlocking a bicycle, the convenience of carrying personal belongings, and the comfort when cycling with the shared-bicycle have the greatest influence on users' satisfaction and the ridership of the BSS, while the factors such as price and safety have little influence. In addition, the overall satisfaction of the BSS has a great influence on the ridership of the BSS.
