摘要
China-US competition is becoming structural, prolonged, and comprehensive in nature as the Biden administration’s China strategy gives more priority to institutions and values. However, internal tensions in the US strategy will eventually affect whether and the extent to which its goals will be realized. To restore sound and stable growth of their relations, both China and the US need to learn from the experience and lessons in their interactions over the past half a century, and adhere to the principles of mutual respect, peaceful coexistence and win-win cooperation.
