摘要

Cobalt oxide(CoOx)was deposited on the graphene(CoOx/rGO)by a direct redox reaction between hydrogen peroxide and cobalt nitrate hexahydrate followed by thermal treatment at 773K in Ar.The morphology and microstructure of the CoOx/rGO composite were characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and X-ray diffraction(XRD).The electrochemical performance were characterized by cyclic voltammetry(CV)and galvanostatic charge/discharge(GCD).It was found that The CoOx/rGO composite display a specific capacitance of 182.93 at a current density of 1.6A/g in 6 mol/dm3 KOH aqueous solution.
