基于响应面法的花键套振动冷挤压参数多目标优化

摘要

To improve the forming quality of spline sleeve, taking the reduce of the maximum forming load of spline sleeve in vibration cold extrusion and the tooth grain size as the optimization objectives, the response surface model between the auxiliary vibration process parameters and the optimization objectives was established. The response surface fitting modeling analysis was carried out by Design-Expert software, and the second-order response surface model of the maximum forming load and tooth grain size was obtained. The response surface model was optimized by genetic algorithm to obtain the optimal combination of auxiliary vibration process parameters. The vibration frequency, amplitude and extrusion speed of convex are 12.59 Hz, 1 mm and 13.54 mm?s-1, respectively. The optimization results of finite element simulation show that the optimized combination of process parameters can reduce the maximum forming load and obtain smaller tooth grain size, which is helpful to improve the surface quality and mechanical properties of parts. ? 2022, Editorial Office of Journal of Plasticity Engineering.
