摘要
Paper has advantages of abundantly available, low-cost, easy for modification, biocompatible and degradable, therefore, it has been commonly used as a substrate material for supporting analytical and diagnostic assay. Since the year of 2007, paper-based microfluidic devices have emerged as a hotspot of research, involving to the fields of medical diagnostics, environment monitoring and biological/chemical analysis. Currently, paper-based microfluidics has become a new platform with great potential applications for quick diagnostics and analysis particularly in the less developed areas. This review is focusing on the research progress and trend of paper-based microfluidic devices since 2007. ? 2018, China National Pulp and Paper Research Institute(CNPPRI). All right reserved.
