岩体粗糙裂隙几何特征对其溶质运移特性的影响

摘要

As the main channel for solute transport, the variation of geometric characteristics of fractures has an important influence on the solute transport characteristics. Based on the self-similarity of the geometric features of rough fractures, the fractal geometric model of rough fractures is established by combining the fractional Brownian motion and the successive random accumulation method; the N-S equation and solute transport convective dispersion equation are solved by COMSOL software to analyze the effect of fractal dimension and standard deviation of aperture of rough fractures on their solute transport characteristics. The results show that the concentration fronts and streamline distributions of solute transport have significant non-uniformity, and the RTDs curve has obvious trailing characteristics; as the fractal dimension and the standard deviation of aperture increase, the fracture surface roughness and aperture dispersion increase, the mean flow velocity decreases, and the mean solute transport time increases as a power function of the fractal dimension and increases linearly with the standard deviation of aperture; the time variance is linearly decreasing with the fractal dimension and increasing with the standard deviation of the aperture as a power function; the time skewness has a linear decreasing relationship with the fractal dimension, and the dragging degree decreases as the fractal dimension increases, while it has a logarithmic increasing relationship with the standard deviation of aperture, and the dragging degree increases as the standard deviation of aperture increases. ? 2023 Publishing House for Journal of Hydrodynamics.
