摘要
Objective: To investigate the effect of miRNA27a on the migration and invasion of cervical cancer cells. Methods: The miRNA27a mimic or negative control was transfected into the cervical cancer HeLa cells and SiHa cells, respectively, and the control group with no transfection was set up. The expression of miRNA27a was detected by real-time PCR. The migration and invasion ability of the cervical cancer cells was detected by transwell assay, and the expression of matrix metalloproteinase 2 (MMP-2) and MMP-9 in the cervical cancer cells was detected by Western blot. Results: In the cervical cancer HeLa cells and SiHa cells, 24 h after transfection with miRNA27a mimic, the cell migration and invasion capacity and the expression of MMP-2 and MMP-9 were all decreased, and the differences were statistically significant (all P<0.05). Conclusions: Up-regulated expression of miRNA27a in the cervical cancer cells can inhibit the migration and invasion of the cervical cancer cells in vitro, which may be related to the inhibition of MMP-2 and MMP-9 expression. ? 2020, The Second Affiliated Hospital, College of Medicine, Zhejiang University.
