摘要
an outline of the life, work and thought of ferm赤n peraza sarausa, one of the most eminent cuban bibliographers and director of the municipal library of havana for more than 25 years is presented. the role he played as an innovator and in the introduction of the best experiences of the library practice of the avanguard countries in cuba is stressed. his work as publisher of the %26quot; anuario bibliogr芍fico %26quot; (bibliographical yearbook) and his contribution to the training of librarians in cuba is analysed.
