摘要

The DPPH radical scavenging test and the AAPH - induced erythrocyte hemolysis test were used to evaluate the antioxidant properties of the five kinds of medicinal food homology flower extracts and the compound (chrysanthemum 50%, Sophora japonica 18% ,flos lablab albus 15%, Seville orange flower 12% ,honeysuckle 5%) in a certain proportion. The results showed that the extracts and the mixture all had a certain degree of antioxidant capacity. According to the half clearance rate of free radicals(IC50), the order of antioxidant capacity in DPPH system was as follows: Compound (IC50=97.83 μg/mL) > Sophora japonica (IC50=98.63 μg/mL) > chrysanthemum (IC50=140.79 μg/mL) > honeysuckle (IC50=146.35 μg/mL) > Seville orange flower (IC50=692.24 μg/mL) > flos lablab albus (IC50=701.51 μg/mL).The compound showed obvious synergistic antioxidant effect. In AAPH - induced red blood cell hemolysis system, the extracts of Sophora japonica and formulations showed strong inhibitory effects on hemolysis, while the extracts of honeysuckle, chrysanthemum, Seville orange flower, and flos lablab albus only exhibited slight inhibitory effects, indicating that there was synergistic effect between the five kinds of medicine food homology flowers. When the dose was between 50 and 300 μg/mL, the hemolytic inhibition rate of Sophora japonica extract on erythrocytes was less than that of the compound, and when the dose reached 300 μg/mL, the inhibition rates were 77.83% ± 1.85% and 80.94% ± 1.46% respectively, which showed that there was a synergistic antioxidant effect between the five kinds of herb extracts. ? 2019 Editorial Department of Science and Technology of Food Science.
