摘要

To study the impact of the delay of sowing time on the growth and quality of forage on the plateau, this research choose 'Jiayan 2' as oat (Avena sativa L.) planting varieties, and set up three sowing times: early June (traditional sowing), the middle of June (deferred sowing) and late June (deferred sowing), and determinate some indicators of soil physical and chemical properties, grass biomass and nutrients. The results showed that the adjustment of sowing date had no significant effect on the biomass of herbage, the physical or chemical properties of soil, but the crude protein content of oat sown with traditional sowing technology was decreased, which had the phenomenon of nutrient transfer and resorption. The crude protein content of oat sown with delayed sowing date was not changed, while the crude fiber content of oat was decreased. Therefore, delaying the sowing date can increase the nutrient content and palatability of herbage on the premise of ensuring the yield of oat. The best sowing date in this experiment is mid-June.
