黑骨藤化学成分的研究

目的 研究黑骨藤Periploca Radix的化学成分。方法 黑骨藤提取物采用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20进行分离纯化，根据理化性质及波谱数据鉴定结构。结果 从中分离得到14个化合物，分别鉴定为邻甲氧基肉桂酸(1)、β-hydroxypropiovanillone-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(2)、苯甲醇-β-D-葡萄糖苷(3)、lyoniresinol(4)、4,5-dihydroblumenol A(5)、2-methyl-1,3,6-trihydroxy-9,10-anthraquinone-3-O-β-glucoside(6)、isopropylidenkirenol(7)、2-propenoic acid-3-phenyl-methyl ester(8)、acuminatolide(9)、9-angeloyloxythymol(10)、annphenone (11)、芦丁(12)、piceatannol 4′-O-(6″-O-galloyl)-β-D-glucopyranoside(13)、curcuzederone(14)。结论 所有化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
