摘要
Fenton system was derived free radicals(·OH)by way of H_2O_2 and Fe~(2+) reaction.Cholesterol was oxided by the free radical in condition of pH=7.4 and 37℃,producing four cholesterol oxides,7α-hydroxycholesterol,cholesteetriol,5α-epoxycholesterol and cholesta-4,6-diene-3-one.The production was effected by time of reaction,contentration of Fe~(2+) and H_2O_2.
