摘要

A quality analyzer system of optical fiber sensor made of rare earth luminescent materials is designed, which is mainly used for daily quality analyzer of various radiotherapy instruments. The quality analyzer system is mainly composed of optical fiber X-ray probes filled with rare earth luminescent materials and signal detection system. The optical fiber X-ray probes are used to detect and transform the X-ray signals. Selection experiments of rare earth luminescent materials for optical fiber X-ray probes were carried out. At the same time, we have also carried out the measurement experiments under different temperatures and water depths of the quality tester, as well as a variety of optical fiber metal cap shielding experiments, and compared the existing data of the ionization chamber and analyzed their differences.
