摘要

细菌毒素是病原细菌主要毒力因子之一,专指病原细菌产生的对植物具有毒害作用的次生代谢产物。它具有多糖、寡糖、蛋白、糖蛋白等多种不同结构,根据其对寄主植物的选择性可分为寄主专化型毒素和非寄主专化型毒素;根据其释放位点的不同,可分为外毒素和内毒素。细菌毒素在植物侵染性病害发生过程中可直接破坏寄主细胞,或通过操控寄主代谢的信号途径,或诱导植物类激素合成等方式破坏寄主防御体系。细菌毒素在开发微生物除草剂、诱导植物抗性、筛选抗性品种等领域具有潜在的应用。本文就细菌毒素的分类、致病机制及应用作以综述,以期对细菌毒素的系统性研究提供一定指导。
