摘要

通过传统的固相烧结技术制备了(K0.48Na0.52)0.96Li0.04Nb0.87Sb0.08Ta0.05O3-xCuO (x=0,0.005,0.01,0.015,0.020,0.025,0.030)压电陶瓷,探讨CuO掺杂量对压电陶瓷性能的影响。结果表明,当x=0.005时,陶瓷为斜方相与四方相两相共存,但在更高的掺杂量下则转变为斜方相。居里温度TC和斜方相-四方相转变温度TO-T随着CuO掺入量的增加而逐渐升高。陶瓷的铁电压电性能受CuO掺杂量的影响显著。当x=0.015时,陶瓷的压电常数和平面机电耦合系数达到最大值,分别为d33=228 pC/N、kp=35.86%,机械品质因数Qm=146。
