摘要
the evolution of technological, cultural and scientific education∩s settings demands new products, services and projects from the university libraries. however, little variations can be really perceived in the evolution of those libraries that fight to %26quot;obey%26quot; the good written theory within a changing and acute reality. the value of the three i∩s: initiative, inventiveness and intelligence, is the goal and the working project of many libraries, therefore to share that know how is useful and necessary.
