摘要

A series of biodegradable PCL-PEG-PCL (PCEC) block copolymers were synthesized by ring-opening polymerization of ε-caprolactone initiated by poly(ethylene glycol)(Mn-2000).The PCEC-CaO-SiO2-P2O5 hybrid materials were synthesized by end-capping PCEC with hydroxyl end-groups using 3-isocyanatopropyl triethoxysilane following the sol-gel reaction with tetraethyl orthosilicate and calcium nitrate tetrahydrate and triethyl phosphate. The effect of molecular weight of PCEC on the bioactivity and mechanical properties of PCEC-CaO-SiO2-P2O5 hybrid materials was investigated.
