原位反应制备碳化锆涂层炭纤维的研究

摘要

  Uniform and dense zirconium carbide coatings were prepared successfully by in situ reaction.The influence of reaction temperature on the phase composition and surface morphology as well as the oxidation resistance of coated carbon fibers was studied.The results show that zirconium carbide coating could be formed on the fibers in the range of 1 200-1 400 ℃.The uniform and dense zirconium carbide coatings were prepared at 1 400 ℃,and the oxidation resistance of carbon fiber was improved remarkably by coat-ing them with a high quality ZrC coating.
