摘要
<正>With the rapid development of aerospace, the Internet of Things, wearable devices, and portable instruments, the application scenarios for sensors are expanding and requiring higher performance in terms of conversion efficiency, flexibility, and stability. However, most sensors are powered by an external power source, which hinders the construction of flexible sensors due to their rigid nature. In recent years, self-powered sensors have been realized by using triboelectric nanogenerators (TENGs) that convert mechanical energy from the environment into electrical energy [1].
