摘要

目的:观察温肺化瘀定喘方联合糖皮质激素对毛细支气管炎患儿肺功能及血嗜酸细胞阳离子蛋白(ECP)、降钙素原(PCT)的影响。方法:选取2020年2月~2021年2月期间于我院就诊治疗的120例毛细支气管炎患儿作为研究对象,所有患儿随机分为观察组和对照组,每组60例。对照组采用糖皮质激素治疗,观察组采用温肺化瘀定喘方联合糖皮质激素治疗。比较两组患儿治疗前后的潮气量、达峰时间比(tPTEF/tE)、达峰容积比(VPTEF/VE)、中医症候积分以及血ECP、PCT值,比较两组患儿的治疗总有效率以及不良反应发生率。结果:治疗后,观察组患儿潮气量、tPTEF/tE及VPTEF/VE的上升幅度以及各项中医症候积分及总积分的下降幅度均明显高于对照组,且患儿治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,差异在统计学上有意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:温肺化瘀定喘方联合糖皮质激素治疗小儿毛细支气管炎,可以有效改善患儿肺功能以及临床症状,控制患儿呼吸道炎症,降低患儿气道高反应性,且不明显增加药物的副作用。
