Se presentan algunas reflexiones sobre el estado actual de la gesti車n del conocimiento y su relaci車n con la gesti車n de informaci車n. Se aborda desde el surgimiento de la gesti車n de informaci車n hasta las m芍s actuales tendencias de los sistemas de informaci車n que descansan en la gesti車n del conocimiento. Se exponen conceptos fundamentales relacionados con la gesti車n del conocimiento y algunas consideraciones sobre ciertos elementos claves de este proceso como son: el recurso humano y las intranets. Some reflections on the current state of knowledge management and its relation to information management are presented. The emergence of information management as well as the latest tendencies in the information systems relying on knowledge management are dealt with. Fundamental concepts connected with knowledge management and some considerations about certain key elements of this process, such as the human resource and intranets are exposed.
