摘要

  The properties of high concentration waster were analysed comprehensively with the relevant chemical test methods and the GC/MS analysis in the experiments.The reasons of the yeast wastewater is perplexing and poor biodegradations were explained;Three pretreatment methods of the yeast wastewater were studied in the experiments.Three kinds of flocculants(Ca(OH)2,polyaluminium chloride and polymeric ferric chloride) which were commonly used in industry were applied without the desired effect results;Though ultrasonic process failed to achieve the effective CODCr removal,it is surprised to find the obvious increase of the wastewater biodegradability of BOD5/CODCr ratio from 0.33 to 0.51,which may be resulted from the cracking of the macromolecular structures under the role of ultrasonic wave.Fenton reagent with strong oxidization can degrade some organic substances into H2O,CO2 or other small molecule substances with the great decrease ofwastewater CODcr and color,and desired increase of biodegradability also was achieved.
