摘要

In order to explore the performance difference between the composite approach, the efficiency characteristic curve, dust holding capacity and back-blowing performance of two composite filter papers with similar initial filtration efficiency were studied in this paper. The results showed that the most easy to penetrate the particle size of electrospinning composite filter paper and meltblown composite filter paper was 150 nm and 200 nm, the resistance increase rate of meltblown composite filter paper was lower than that of electrospinning composite filter paper when A2 fine dust was loaded under the same conditions. The resistance increase rate of meltblown composite filter paper was significantly lower than that of electrospinning composite filter paper when loading solid-oil mixed particles. The dust holding capacity of the meltblown composite filter paper was 30.1 g/m2 when the termination resistance was reached, which was 3.3 times of electrospinning composite filter paper(9.1 g/m2). After 10 back-blowing cycles, the peel rate of meltblown composite filter paper was decreased from 90.7% to 54.0%, and peal rate of electrospinning composite filter paper was decreased from 91.1% to 62.6%. The loose structure of the ultrafine layer was beneficial to increase the dust holding capacity of filter paper, and the compact ultrafine layer had better back-blowing performance. ? 2021, China National Pulp and Paper Research Institute(CNPPRI).
