摘要
侵袭性纤维瘤病(aggressive fibromatosis,AF)是一种肌纤维母细胞性肿瘤,其中腹内型纤维瘤病(intra-abdominal aggressive fibromatosis,IAF)较罕见。胃肠道间质瘤(gastrointestinal stromal tumors,GIST)切除术后出现的IAF病例更加罕见,此时临床与病理均易误诊为复发性GIST。
