摘要
Because of the anatomical characteristics and the complexity of procedures, the treatment of complex anterior circulation aneurysms is a real challenge. Direct surgery, whether by interventional neuroradiology or microsurgical clipping, are not always applicable. In patients that would not tolerate parent or collateral artery scarification, the adjunction of revascularization procedure by using bypass technique might be necessary.
