\"Data Structure and Algorithm\", which is an important major subject in computer science, has a lot of problems in teaching activity. This paper introduces and analyzes the situation and problems in this course study. A \"programming factory\" method is then brought out which is indeed a practice-oriented platform of the teaching- study process. Good results are obtained by this creative method.
