摘要

The process of satellite data transmission include two processes: data transmission from satellites to ground stations and data transmission from ground stations to the data center. The satellite data transmission problem indicates allocating reception and transmission resources of ground stations to obtain satellite data efficiently. This paper establishes an integrated satellite data transmission model with the objective of transmitting all satellite data in the shortest time, including a conflict resolution model of the first process and a data transmission model of the second process. Scheduling tasks are generated by imaging software, and the hybrid algorithm based on dynamic programming and the genetic algorithm is adopted in problem solving. The simulation results show that the proposed overall optimization shortens the total time cost of data transmission significantly compared to traditional separated optimization of the two processes.
