Foram utilizadas 20 cabras da ra a Saanen, 10 de primeira lacta o (P1) e 10 de lacta es posteriores, por um per赤odo de lacta o de 150 dias. Foram feitas duas ordenhas di芍rias e o controle leiteiro foi realizado diariamente. Para avalia o da composi o e contagem de c谷lulas som芍ticas, foram realizadas colheitas quinzenalmente. As exig那ncias l赤quidas em prote赤na basearam -se na produ o e na composi o em prote赤na do leite e as exig那ncias l赤quidas em energia basearam -se na produ o e na composi o em gordura, prote赤na e lactose. O pico de lacta o foi mais tardio para as cabras P1 e a persist那ncia da lacta o foi maior para as de lacta es posteriores. A ordem de lacta o influenciou as concentra es de nutrientes no leite, sendo que cabras P1 apresentaram maiores porcentagens destes em rela o 角s demais, exce o feita 角 porcentagem de prote赤na quepermaneceu inalterada. As exig那ncias l赤quidas em prote赤na e em energia foram diferentes para cabras em ordens de lacta o diferentes. 20 Saanen goats, 10 first-lactation (P1) and 10 of posterior lactations were examined for a period of 150 d ays lactation. There were two daily milking and a daily milk control. In order to evaluate the chemical composition and somatic cell counts, samples were collected biweekly. Net protein requirements were based on milk production and protein composition of milk, and net energy requirements were based on milk production and fat, protein and lactose composition. The lactation peak was later for P1 goats and persistence of lactation was higher for the posterior lactation ones. Lactation order influenced milk nu trient concentrations, while P1 goats presented greater percentages of this parameter in comparison tothe others. The protein percentage remained unchanged. Net protein and energy requirements were different for goats in different orders of lactation.
