Static wireless charging technology for electric vehicles (EV) have aroused extensive attention due to its safety and convenient. The key technologies of wireless charging of EV are analyzed in detail from the aspects of magnetic coupler, compensation networks, power electronics converters, and system modeling-optimization-robust control methods. In addition, hot issues and the future of static wireless charging technology for EV were discussed, aiming to point the way for the research of static wireless charging technology for EV.
