摘要
At present,the potassium sulfate products produced at home and abroad generally have the problems of small size and poor morphology.Firstly,the effects of anhydrous ethanol adding dosage,stirring speed,ultrasonic wave power and other conditions on the crystallization nucleus of potassium sulfate were analyzed by online particle size analyzer.Then the characteristics of the crystal shape of the product grown with potassium sulfate nucleus in concentrated potassium sulfate-containing eluent was studied,which provided theoretical support for enterprises to produce large particles of potassium sulfate by using potassium ions in molasses alcohol waste liquid.The experimental results showed that the potassium sulfate crystal nucleus was uniform in size,smooth in surface and the average chord length of the particles was 14.5 μm when the temperature of water bath was 30 ℃,the stirring speed was 250 r/min,the ultrasonic wave power was 50 W and the mass ratio of anhydrous ethanol to saturated potassium sulfate solution was 1:1.The prepared potassium sulfate crystal nucleus were put into a concentrated potassium sulfate-containing eluate separated from the molasses alcohol waste liquid to obtain a potassium sulfate product with a larger particle size and a completed crystal form,The crystal quality of the potassium sulfate product with a particle size greater than 385 μm accounted for about 81.2% of the total crystal mass,and the potassium ion crystal recovery rate was about 85.8%. ? 2019 Inorganic Chemicals Industry.
