摘要

目的:探讨单核苷酸多态性微阵列(SNP array)技术在胎儿右位主动脉弓(RAA)产前诊断中的应用价值。方法:收集2016年1月-2020年12月经超声诊断为RAA的151例胎儿,应用SNP array检测染色体拷贝数变异(CNV),采用G显带进行染色体核型分析。结果:151例胎儿染色体核型异常17例,检出率11.3%,其中2例21-三体综合征,2例13-三体综合征,1例8号三体嵌合体,6例22q缺失,2例Xp缺失,1例2号染色体可疑致病,3例为临床意义不明的染色体微缺失。结论:孕中晚期产前诊断胎儿RAA与染色体异常相关,以染色体非整倍体综合征及22q微缺失为主,同时也存在需要SNP array分析等分子检测技术才能检测到的致病性CNV,SNP array可以提高胎儿RAA的遗传学病因诊断率。
